ICGB Analyser Shelters for Komotini, Greece & Stara Zagora, Bulgaria
Analyser shelters for ICGB in Komotini, Greece and Stara Zagora, Bulgaria: a fully automatic analyser system for multiple quality measurements.
On behalf of AVAX S.A., for the end client ICGB A.D., SEMAC engineered, built and commissioned the analyser shelters for the stations in Komotini, Greece, and Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. The project ran from February 2021 to May 2022.
Each shelter is a fully automatic analyser system combining multiple quality measurements: gas chromatography (GC), H2, sulphur, pH, conductivity and oxygen. It houses the subsystems and their interconnections, the sample handling systems, air conditioning, fire and gas detection (F&G) and the probes.
SEMAC handled the engineering, documentation, design and procurement, construction and testing at our facilities, the factory acceptance test (FAT) and commissioning. The photos show the shelters in the workshop and inside.
