Urea & Ammonia Fertiliser Analyser System
A fully automatic analyser system for urea and ammonia fertiliser production, combining multiple quality measurements in one package.
For the urea and ammonia fertiliser plant of Frep Chemicals Ltd in Northern Greece, SEMAC delivered a fully automatic analyser system on behalf of Tradelite Ltd, bringing multiple quality measurements together in one package. The project ran from March 2017 to March 2021.
The system measures gas chromatography (GC), H2, sulphur, pH, conductivity and oxygen. The package includes the subsystems and their interconnections, the sample handling systems, air conditioning, fire and gas detection (F&G) and the probes.
From engineering, documentation and procurement to construction, testing at our facilities, the factory acceptance test (FAT) and commissioning, SEMAC delivered the whole project. The photos show the inside of the shelter: the sample conditioning panel, the analysers, the instruments and the air-conditioning units.
