Gas Regulating & Metering Station for a Power Plant in Grudziądz, Poland

Complete design, manufacturing, shop testing and supervision of erection and commissioning of a skid-mounted gas regulating and metering station (GRMS).

Request a proposal

For the combined-cycle power plant (CCGT) in Grudziądz, Poland, SEMAC is designing and building the plant's gas regulating and metering station (GRMS) on behalf of Metlen Energy & Metals. The station is delivered as a single skid-mounted unit with all its auxiliary systems: two-stage filtering, gas metering, heating and pressure regulation in a 2×100% arrangement, a pressure reducing station for the low-pressure systems, and PLC and ESD cabinets.

The station is fabricated at our facilities in the Sindos Industrial Area: fit-up and welding of the piping, installation of the valves, actuators and instruments, and inspection and testing in the shop. The metering flow computer is installed in the station's control cabinet.

After cleaning, coating and protective packing, the skid was loaded for shipment. SEMAC supervises erection, testing, commissioning and performance testing at the plant.
